Returns & Refunds

Please be aware of the size crystal you are ordering.  More orders have been sent back to me to exchange for a larger size than any other problem.  A 6ss crystal is the size of the top of a pin!  Very tiny.  They are great if that is what you are looking for but can be a disappointment if you weren't expecting them to be that small.

Please contact me should you want to return something.  There is a 10% restocking fee.  This is because crystals have to be recounted when they are returned and credit card fees are no longer refunded.
